Who We Are

African Community in Strathcona County (ACSC) is a registered nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering unity, celebrating culture, and empowering Africans living in Strathcona County and the surrounding areas of Alberta. We are incorporated under the Alberta Companies Act and committed to serving our community with integrity and purpose.

Community Integration

We help African newcomers and residents integrate into the wider Strathcona County community through orientation programs, local partnerships, and social connections.

Cultural Celebration

We organize events and gatherings that celebrate the rich diversity of African cultures, sharing music, art, food, and traditions with the broader community.

Member Support

We provide support services and advocacy for our members, helping them access resources, navigate systems, and build meaningful connections.
